From castle views and epic thrills to sunsets at sea, I guide families and couples to story-worthy vacations with expert, welcoming service. I work primarily with Canadian families planning Walt Disney World vacations, Universal Orlando Resort trips and cruises around the world.
I’ve seen firsthand how much these trips mean to families. They’re talked about for years before they happen, and remembered long after. Whether it’s a first Walt Disney World visit, a long-awaited Universal adventure, or a cruise that marks a milestone, these vacations deserve careful planning.
That’s where I come in.
How I Got Here
Long before I became a travel advisor, I worked aboard the Disney Wonder. Living and working at sea shaped how I think about hospitality and service. Disney sets a high bar, and that standard continues to guide how I support my clients today.
Over the years, I’ve stayed at Walt Disney World Resort hotels, sailed on multiple cruise lines and visited Universal Orlando Resort regularly to remain current and informed. I’m a Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) and Master Cruise Counsellor (MCC), and I work under Pure Magic Vacations, a Platinum EarMarked by Disney Authorized Travel Agency.
This is my profession. I invest in training, supplier relationships and firsthand experience so I can guide clients with depth and accuracy.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
We start with a conversation. I ask thoughtful questions so I understand your family, your priorities and how you want this vacation to feel. From there, I prepare a customized quote and guide you through the decisions that shape the experience.
We’ll talk through which Disney resort truly fits your family, which Universal hotel offers the best value for your priorities, or which cruise line and stateroom category align with how you like to travel. We’ll look at ticket options, dining plans, ship size, itinerary and the practical details that often get overlooked.
Once you’re booked, my role doesn’t end.
I monitor promotions and adjust reservations when savings become available. I track payment deadlines so nothing is missed. I send clear, timely planning emails that walk you through booking windows, updates and important milestones.
Yes, I wake up early to secure dining reservations.
Yes, I make room requests.
And if your child is hoping to meet a specific character, I want to know.
Much of what I do happens behind the scenes. That’s intentional. My goal is for you to feel supported, informed and genuinely looked after from the first conversation until you return home.
A Personal Note
I care deeply about the trust families place in me. Planning these trips is meaningful work for me, and I’m committed to doing it well.
If you’re looking for steady guidance, honest advice and someone who genuinely enjoys helping families travel well, I would love to help you plan your next adventure.
