Tower Studio at Disney’s Riviera Resort

On our last visit to Walt Disney World Resort in January, we had the pleasure of touring a Tower Studio at Disney’s Riviera Resort. These rooms are amazing! I’ve heard some folks say they’re too small, but I think the tower studios are perfect for one or two people. My husband and I look forward to staying in one at some point together.

The tower studios are located at the west end of the resort and are located on floors two through nine. This is close to the Disney Skyliner station. Each room features a Murphy bed, a kitchenette area, a workstation, television/entertainment unit and a spacious bathroom. There is also a small balcony with two chairs. Many of the balconies face Epcot, with a spectacular view of Epcot Forever.

The tower studios are especially perfect for:

  • Couples: Whether planning to hang out at the resort or head to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival or the Epcot International Arts Festival, couples will find the resort and room location very convenient.
  • A solo parent with one child: The room sleeps just two guests, so mom or dad and the child will be sharing the single bed.
  • Solo traveller: The room looks very cozy and just the right size for one adult! I would definitely consider a stay here as a solo traveller.
  • Park warriors: If you’re the type of guest who spends very little time in your hotel room, this is a great room type to consider.
  • Pre-cruise guests: A tower studio would be a great room to stay in for a single night prior to boarding a Disney Cruise Line ship.

Here are some photos of a tower studio that’s located on the second floor of the resort. This is the same level as the lobby, La Boutique and Le Petit Café.
