Yesterday I was chatting online with a few of my colleagues from Pure Magic Vacations about food. Since we’ll be heading back down to Florida in about a month, we’re planning when and where we would eat our meals at Walt Disney World Resort. We got to talking about how much we all enjoy looking at Disney food photos, and so I thought today I would share a photo of some of my favourite nachos at Walt Disney World (and believe me, I have had nachos all over Walt Disney World Resort). Have you tried the nachos at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe yet?

These are the nachos at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe at Magic Kingdom. Pecos Bill is located in Frontierland, not far from Splash Mountain, and it’s a quick service restaurant. Many of the meal items at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe qualify as a quick service credit on the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan. If you’re ordering nachos at Pecos Bill with the dining plan, you can also choose a drink to go with your nachos.

Nachos at Pecos Bill come with beef or chicken, but you can also order them with black beans on top instead of a meat option, which is what I do. They also come with a white queso that’s delicious!

In the photo above, you’ll get an idea of the toppings that are available at the toppings bar, known as the “fixins bar” inside the restaurant. You can load up with whatever toppings you like, including jalapeño peppers, lime, lettuce, tomatoes, several kinds of salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream…there are so many ways you can dress up your nachos according to your taste!
