Should I Stay at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort?
This resort is a great option for folks who are enjoying a shorter stay at Walt Disney World. There are often large groups of young guests staying at this resort, as it’s popular with youth sports teams and dance or cheerleading troupes.
Transportation and Dining Options
Transportation to Walt Disney World theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs is by shuttle bus only, with clearly marked stops located at the front of the resort.
Dining is quick service only in a cafeteria-style restaurant at the End Zone Food Court, just off the main lobby at this resort.
Rooms at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
Newly refurbished rooms have one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized table-style Murphy bed, and sleep up to 4 guests.
Rooms include a small kitchenette area with a coffee maker and bar fridge. There is no microwave in this room. Rooms open directly to the outside, and don’t feature any private balcony or patio space for guests.
Standard rooms have views of the courtyard, pool or parking lot. Preferred rooms will have a similar view, but they’ll be located in a preferred location, close to Stadium Hall, dining, shopping and transportation.
Features and Amenities
This resort has two swimming pools for guests to enjoy. Neither of the pools at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort have slides or splash parks.
There is a campfire on select nights at this hotel, plus Movies Under the Stars.
There are also laundry facilities, shopping, a jogging trail, playground and an arcade available for guests to use.
